Product Description

 

HEHDC low consistency cleaner is designed for cleaning fiber suspensions with a consistency of 0.4% to 1.2%. It is highly efficient in removing both light and heavy impurities such as foam plastics, cork fragments, ink particles, hot melts, and sand.

Ideal for use before the paper machine in the stock approach system, it ensures excellent pulp cleanliness and improves paper quality. Additionally, it simplifies the process flow of waste paper treatment lines, enabling energy saving and reducing maintenance. Its modular structure allows flexible adjustment for different flow capacities, making it suitable for all grades of paper production.
