Application:
It is operated easily and safely for processing pulp sheet, broke of paper machine,newspaper and magazine paper intermittedly or contiually to produce pulp with uniform and consistent quality.
Design Features:
Thanks to rotor installed vertically, with feed-in and disintegration of paper stock, the impurities sediment are flung out by rotating impeller and accumulate in the bottom cone of vat as well as discharged periodically.

This system is composed of H. C. hydrapulper, hydrapurge Iand drum screem.. Pulp after being breaked in H. C. pulper is
diluted to 5% and then goes into hydrapurge I. The pulp is further defiberated in hydrapurge Iand the accepts will enter next
process-step through screen plate.The trapped coarse-big impurities and a little waste paper not being defiberated goes into
drum screen. Drum screen recovers fiber and screens/separates impurities. The combination application of the three
machines in this system has many advantages: maintain the interior of the vat of H. C. pulper clean; overcome such
disadvantages as long once slushing time, low intensity of fiber and breaking impurities etc.;achieve optimal defiberating
and ink-separating effects; shorten breaking cycle; enhance treating capacity of breaking system.
