Design Features:
Medium consistency hydraulic pulper is mainly composed of trough body, rotor,transmission part and headbox (continuous type).
When the groove body of pulper is filled with half water, the motoris started, and the pulp board, paper loss or waste paper are
evenly putinto the groove body.The pulp separated by the decomposition is discharged through the sieve hole, while the foreign
matter and heavy residue are collected and discharged regularly in the sediment tank.Because of the special structure of the
rotor of this series of hydraulic pulpers, when the rotor rotates,the slurry is thrown out from the center to all sides,and a vortex
is generated at the center of the slurry, which makes the Pulpboard and the damaged paper break down in the wet state.The
unbroken paper and fibre bundles are further cleared between the rotor and the sieve plate.Because of the special shape of
the blade tail, it has the function of keeping the sieve hole from being blocked.
