The Dry-Damaged Pulper is specially designed for repulping broke generated in the press section, size press, calender, reel, and winder of the paper machine. It adopts a serrated cast rotor that ensures excellent circulation and breaking performance, while achieving around 20% energy savings compared to conventional Vokes rotors. The equipment is also fitted with a pre-installed wall ring for seamless connection with tile chests, optimizing the repulping efficiency and reducing operational downtime.
In addition to its primary use in reprocessing press section broke in papermaking lines, the Dry-Damaged Pulper is ideal for recovering usable fibers from rejected or damaged rolls, enhancing fiber utilization. This equipment is suitable for continuous or batch repulping systems in medium to large paper mills. It can also be integrated into closed-loop water and fiber recovery systems to improve sustainability and minimize waste.
