RTPZ series reject separator is primarily used in the screening systems of waste paper recycling lines, especially in processing tailings with high impurity content. The system operates under normal pressure, utilizing centrifugal force from a high-speed rotor to separate good pulp from slag through a screen plate.
The rotor continuously conveys the slag forward while simultaneously performing secondary defibering. Flushing water is applied to wash the slag continuously, maximizing pulp fiber recovery. The final rejected slag is characterized by low fiber and water content. The machine offers low power consumption, reduced operating costs, and enhanced fiber recovery performance, making it ideal for improving the overall efficiency of a pulp line.
